How a Sewer Hookup Works
To hookup a house to sewer, a main line must be installed from the home to the main municipal system. It starts with digging a trench, which could require removing trees and shrubs, breaking through rock, concrete or asphalt and more.
If there is an existing septic system, we can completely dismantle and dispose of the original septic system as well. We handle arranging for all permits and city/county requirements (city/county fees are an extra cost billed separately).

Why Hookup Your Home to Sewer
Whether building a new home, or if you now have the option of hooking your home up to a municipal septic system, there are pros and cons to consider. The initial costs involved in hooking up your home to municipal sewer can be quite costly. But usually, municipal sewer systems require a lot less maintenance than a private septic system.
Most cities/counties do charge a monthly fee to dispose of household waste. But septic tanks require periodic emptying and can be quite expensive to repair when something goes wrong.
